Jennifer started with Girl Scouts in December 2008. As community development manager lead, she serves Cullman, Walker and north Jefferson (Fultondale, Gardendale, Morris, Kimberly, Warrior) counties, and she supervises two CDMs in the Birmingham area.
Previously, Jennifer served as Executive Director of Grace House Ministries, a Christian home for girls in Fairfield, Ala. With a capacity for up to 24 girls, Grace House serves girls who were in DHR custody due to abuse and neglect. She was responsible for daily oversight, supervision of 30+ employees, fundraising and meeting DHR standards.
Other positions include Green Thumb, a JTPA grant that provided training and job readiness for persons 55 years of age and older; a member of the Educational Talent Search program for Wallace State Community College in Selma, and associate director of development for records and research for Samford University.
Jennifer lives on Smith Lake in Cullman with her husband and has four children and four grandchildren.
