Bio

Lisa joined GSNCA in January 2013, returning to Birmingham after 11 years away in service to a national nonprofit that assisted children with unmet vision and healthcare needs. With experience in research, grant writing and program management across community, state and national platforms, Lisa will ensure compliance with existing GSNCA funding partnerships and assist in the development of new program funding opportunities. She feels a special connection to our mission as both a Girl Scout alumna and a veteran “cookie mom.”

An enthusiastic amateur chef, Lisa enjoys hosting dinner parties and dining out. She looks forward to rekindling local friendships and volunteering at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens where she served as a docent from 1997-2002.
