
Bio
Rhonda Lambert has held positions in the Girl Scout organization both as a volunteer and staff member for a total of 19 years. She served as the VP for Membership and Programs from November 2007 to September 2010. In October 2010, Rhonda was promoted to Chief Operations Officer.
Prior to these positions, Rhonda served as the Associate Director of Program Services, supervising the program department for the Council which included resident camp, non-camp programs and product sales. She has also held the position of Adult Development Director in which she wrote curriculum to use in both girl and adult training. Rhonda has also served as a program specialist and developed program opportunities for older girls. As a volunteer, Rhonda developed programs for day camps, older girl programs and travel, service unit events and troop events.
Outside of Girl Scouts, she served as the chairperson of an organization for two years that developed training conferences that served more than 600 volunteers from more than 25 communities. As a Senior Core Instructor for the Department of the Army Core Instructor Program, Rhonda developed curriculum, supervised trainers and incorporated efficiencies into the program that trained more than 200 students per year to become Master Trainer Instructors.
