Bio

Shante began working at GSNCA in February 2010 as a troop co-leader for girls living in Huntsville Public Housing. She then moved to Louisville, KY to teach 2nd grade for a year. Shante resumed working at GSNCA in August 2011 as the Community Development Specialist for Madison County.

Shante is a native of Huntsville, Ala. She graduated with a B.S. degree in Elementary Education from Alabama A&M University.

She attends Phillips C.M.E. Church where she is an assistant with the step team.
