Discover how heroines in the past and present put their own strengths and power into action in everyday ways to impact society. Explore what power means in girls’ lives and society. Girls see how to put their own power into action and become an Agent of Change. Along with the new Power Up program, girls can focus on strategies to prevent verbal and relational bullying. Most people are not “targets” or “bullies.” Power Up helps bystanders recognize their strength in numbers and use it to intervene when they see something wrong. Doing nothing is not an option when it comes to bullying! (Girls will only work on part of the Agent of Change Journey.)
*This program is for girls only. There will be a separate waiting area for adults. The program covers sensitive issues, and each parent will need to submit a Sensitive Issues form for each girl.
