Online Return Policy/Refunds

Returns are easy, and for most returns, you do not need to contact customer service. Follow these simple guidelines. Within 30 days after receiving your shipment, you may return any item except final-sale merchandise. For your protection, we recommend that you use United Parcel Service, FedEx or insured Parcel Post, and wrap the package securely. You may also return the item(s) to any GSNCA shop with your packing slip.

Always include a copy of your packing slip with a notation indicating:

  • The exact nature of the problem
  • The corrective action you are requesting (exchange or return)
  • Your email, daytime telephone and/or fax number

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number (if available) and the name and address of the person who purchased the order on a separate piece of paper. If the packing slip is unavailable, please use the receipt emailed to you when you placed your order. We will issue a refund for the value of the item if an exchange is not requested.

Note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error. Please allow approximately 14 business days after we’ve received your return for the refund to be processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Note that merchandise purchased online may only be returnable at your local Girl Scouts of North-Central Alabama council shops.

Note that if you purchased in a GSNCA store, the return policy may differ.
