Volunteers

As a volunteer, you’ll introduce girls to new experiences that show them they’re capable of more than they ever imagined.

You’ll be their cheerleader, guide, and mentor, helping them develop skills and confidence that will last long after the meeting is over. Imagine the smiles, the excitement, the memories made–those are the moments you’ll share at Girl Scouts.

Be the role model she’ll always remember. Start today!

Volunteer 1

The Girl Scout Leadership Experience is delivered and supported by volunteers. Volunteers play a vital role in serving the thousands of girls in our Council, and we value the time, talents and energy each volunteer offers to the Girl Scouts of North-Central Alabama. There are many volunteer opportunities within our Council, including long and short term projects, working with girls or with other Girl Scout adults.

Want to work directly with girls? Great! You can always work with a troop, programs, camps or special events. Prefer working behind the scenes? Wonderful! We need help with fundraising, adult training, event planning and administrative support.

To learn more about our volunteer opportunities, please click on Become a Volunteer or contact Heather Pike at hpike@girlscoutsnca.org.

If you are already a GSNCA volunteer and are looking for additional resources, please view the Forms and Resources page for help. THANK YOU for being a Girl Scout volunteer!
